KENYAN CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION OFFICER SHOD DEAD IN MOMBASA
A CID officer was Wednesday
night shot dead by hooded gunmen at old town area in mombasa.Officals said the
CID officer attached to Kenya Port authority was trailed and shot at close range
by two gunmen wearing balaclavas who escaped without stealing anything from him

He was shot three times in
the abdomen and died upon arrival at Mombasa hospital.Mombasa County
commissioner Nelson Marwa confirmed the incident saying they are probing the
murder.The officer identified as Mohammed Ali was a dedicafted officer assigned
at Old town port.
Police have now launched
investigation and manhunt for tohe assailantsd suspected to be radical
youths.The killingsk comes in the wake of increa
